Grady McMehan

Attorney

Grady McMehan has been practicing law for over 37 years. Mr. McMehan attended the University of South Carolina from 1963-1967 as an undergraduate. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Following his graduation, Mr. McMehan began his accounting career at the CPA firm of Kight, Beale and Montgomery.

After years of working in the accounting industry, Mr. McMehan returned to the University of South Carolina School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor degree. Upon graduation from law school, he became a member of the South Carolina Bar Association of which he is still an active member. Mr. McMehan is a former Diplomat and Conferee to the International Head Injury Institute and a former Presidential Appointee to the United States Selective Service Board.

Mr. McMehan has been admitted to practice in all of the state courts in the State of South Carolina, the United States Bankruptcy Courts, Federal District Courts, and the Federal Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and is a former Municipal Judge for the City of Tega Cay, a position that he held from 1983 until retiring in 2006.
