Bryan N. Sanchez is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina. Mr. Sanchez is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Mr. Sanchez is bilingual in both Spanish and English. Mr. Sanchez represents all types of injured clients whether they were hurt at work (“hurt on the job”), hurt in a car wreck, or hurt by way of slip and fall.

Mr. Sanchez is originally from South Florida. After attending the University of Florida, Mr. Sanchez moved back to South Florida to be with his family where he obtained his undergraduate degree at Florida International University. Mr. Sanchez obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a triple major in Finance, Management, and International Business. During law school, he graduated early and was a Dean’s List award recipient.

Mr. Sanchez’s worker’s compensation practice consists of appearing before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the South Carolina Workers Compensation Commission. This is the trial court for workers compensation claims. Mr. Sanchez works to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Mr. Sanchez has been able to obtain seven-figure settlements for clients who have been injured at work. Mr. Sanchez has experience handling various types of injury cases such as traumatic brain injuries (TBI), back injuries (herniated discs, pinched nerves, etc.), and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (RSD/CRPS).
